Dental veneers can improve the appearance of misshapen, chipped, broken, and discolored teeth. Veneers are an investment in your appearance and confidence, providing a priceless smile that lasts for years. Veneers also provide a painless way to transform your smile in a just a few simple visits.

Dental veneers help to correct many dental problems including:

Misshapen teeth
Damaged, chipped, or broken teeth
Irregular bumps or grooves

Aesthetic changes due to root canal treatment, large fillings, etc

Advantages of porcelain veneers:

Same Day Dental Implants

Same day dental implants offer patients a permanent, healthy smile in just one day! Texas Dental Center is proud to offer qualifying patients this safe, quick, and effective solution to missing or failing teeth. Our revolutionary placement technique allows us to replace a single tooth or multiple missing teeth in just one appointment.

Advantages of Same Day Dental Implants:

Unlike traditional implants, which take several months to place and heal, single-visit implants provide improved oral health, restored function, and a natural-looking smile in less than 24 hours.

We begin by taking CT scans to get a detailed look at your unique needs. Using these scans and specialized virtual planning software, we carefully map out your treatment plan to give you the greatest comfort and most natural appearance possible.

While traditional dental implants may take anywhere from 6 to 8 months to fully heal, one day dental implants can give you a smile that will last a lifetime in just one visit, eliminating the discomfort and embarrassment of using removable dentures while your implants heal.

You also save time and money that would otherwise be spent coming into the office for different phases of placement and time spent healing after.

Dental Implants

Full mouth dental implants (also known as complete dental implants) refer to full dentures or full bridges which use implants as a foundational support. Full mouth dental implants are used to treat patients who are missing all or most of their teeth. Tooth loss may occur as a result of poor oral health, damage, or tooth decay causing difficulty chewing, speaking, smiling, sagging in the cheeks or face, and increased risk of oral infection and other health problems. Dental implants replace the look and function of missing teeth, offering greater comfort than conventional dentures which can slip and slide in the mouth.

Advantages of Full Mouth Dental Implants:

Full mouth dental implants offer several advantages over conventional dentures and other tooth-replacement treatments. Implant-supported full dentures and bridges can last a lifetime due to their durability and strength. Implants provide a sturdy foundation by bonding to the jawbone. This allows the implants to act as a replacement for missing tooth roots, increasing gum stimulation for better comfort and oral health. Because of the permanent nature of full dentures and bridges, this treatment also avoids the food restrictions associated with conventional dentures and allows for simple care and maintenance. Simply brush and floss as you would your natural teeth and see your dentist for regular wellness checks to ensure the continued health of your implant-supported full dentures and bridges.

The Placement Process:

First, small titanium posts (the implants) are placed into the jaw, replacing missing tooth roots. The implants are then left for a period of two to six months. During this time, a process called osseointegration occurs, meaning the implants bond to the natural jawbone to create a durable bond similar to that of natural teeth. This bond provides a strong foundation for the dentures or bridges to be placed. Temporary tooth replacements may be placed over the implant site during the osseointegration phase to protect the site and for aesthetic purposes.

Should it be required, healing caps and connections may be placed to allow multiple crowns to attach to the implants. These healing caps further strengthen the foundation of your new replacement teeth.

Your dental restoration is custom-made to match the natural bite and alignment of your smile, offering permanent comfort and support. Restorations are placed atop the dental implants once the osseointegration phase is complete.

The full bridges or dentures are attached to small metal posts (called abutments) or another connective device. This links the restorations to the implants. You’ll need to allow some time for healing and adjustment after the procedure, but once complete you will have a lasting, quality smile to transform your oral health, comfort, and confidence.

Full Mouth Reconstruction

When a patient is missing most or all of their teeth, full mouth reconstruction (also called full mouth restoration) can be used to replace these teeth, restoring the patient’s oral health and smile. During the course of several visits, restorations are placed in both the upper and lower jaw. Each treatment plan is tailored to the unique needs of the patient to achieve the health and appearance desired. Treatment options include the use of porcelain veneers, implants or bridges, inlays or onlays, and full-coverage crowns.

What is full mouth restoration for?

Full mouth restoration may be used any of the following:

Several missing teeth
Broken or chipped teeth
Teeth damaged by wear, grinding, or erosion
Misalignment of the bite (malocclusion)

How do I know if I qualify for full mouth restoration?

Qualifying patients must have a certain level of oral health in order for full mouth restoration to be successful. This includes:

Condition of Teeth and Gums: Treatment largely depends on the cause of missing teeth, other oral health problems, and the condition of the gum tissue. Failing teeth must first be either removed or restored before treatment begins. Common problems include tooth wear, root canal problems, and misshapen teeth which may be treated by the dentist in office. Gum disease also prevents treatment and may be addressed using scaling and root planing or other means of eliminating infection. Once your mouth is sufficiently healthy, you will have a strong foundation, increasing the success and longevity of treatment.

TMJ, Malocclusion, etc: Problems with the temporomandibular joints, misalignment of the bite, and other jaw problems can prevent successful treatment if not addressed.

Prior to treatment, we will access the health and condition of your mouth to determine the best course of action for you. Considerations include the size, shape, color, and alignment of your natural teeth to help produce a comfortable and natural-looking smile.

Dr. Al Manesh and his staff uses more than 40 years combined of professional dental experience in advanced procedures and treatments to provide patients with the safest, most effective solutions available. Invisalign Clear Braces

What is Invisalign?

Invisalign offers a clear, comfortable, and removable alternative to traditional metal braces. They are clear aligners made from a lightweight plastic material that gradually straighten and correct your smile.

Invisalign treats a wide range of dental problems including:

  • Overbite

  • Underbite

  • Open bite

  • Crowding

  • Gaps or spaces between teeth

  • Misalignment

Advantages of Invisalign over Traditional Braces

Invisalign clear aligners offer the same effectiveness as braces with none of the pain, discomfort, embarrassment, or restrictions. Like braces, these clear aligners gradually shift teeth and transform your smile.

Unlike braces, there are no food restrictions. Caramel, apples, popcorn, and other hard or sticky foods can get stuck in metal braces damaging both braces and teeth. Simply remove the clear aligner before eating and enjoy all of your favorite foods.

While wires and brackets can cause pain, bleeding, and soreness, Invisalign consists of simple, removable plastic aligners which offer greater comfort and easier care. To clean Invisalign, remove the plastic aligners and soak them in a denture-cleaning solution or suitable mouthwash, wash off the solution, and place the aligner back in your mouth. Invisalign’s removable aligners also make cleaning, brushing, and flossing your teeth far easier than working around metal braces.

Each aligner is also custom-made to give you a clear, comfortable fit at every stage. Invisalign is so clear, all anyone will notice is your beautiful smile!

Affordable Invisalign Options for Adults and Teens

For those who wish to transform their smiles without the use of traditional metal braces, Invisalign offers a clear, more comfortable way for teens and adults to correct a number of common dental problems including overbite, underbite, gaps between teeth, misalignment, crooked teeth, and crowding.

At Texas Dental Center, we offer affordable options for adults and families who qualify for treatment. Invisalign offers the effectiveness of metal braces without the pain, discomfort, restrictions, or unsightly problems associated with traditional wires and brackets.

Invisalign offers a number of advantages over traditional metal braces including:

  • Comfort:

Invisalign clear aligners are made from a lightweight plastic material that is custom-made to fit your teeth. The removable aligners consist of a single plastic piece that fits comfortably over teeth and can be removed as needed, eliminating the need for wires and brackets that can poke, tear, scratch, and cause soreness and bleeding.

  • Easy care:

Invisalign offers easy care for the clear aligners and for natural teeth. Simply remove and soak aligners in a denture-cleaning solution or mouthwash and rinse off as instructed by your orthodontist. Removing the aligners allows you to continue your oral hygiene routine uninterrupted. Flossing, brushing, and cleaning are as easy as ever without the need to work around wires, brackets, and metal parts.

  • Fewer appointments:

Traditional metal braces often require visits to the orthodontist once every 6 weeks. Patients come in, on average, just once every 10 weeks!

  • Virtually invisible treatment:

Invisalign’s clear aligners are virtually invisible so that all anyone notices is your new smile!

  • No food restrictions:

Traditional braces mean no popcorn, caramel, or any other hard, sticky snacks. Even apples and corn can pose serious problems. There are no food restrictions. Simply remove the clear aligners to enjoy all your favorite foods without damaging teeth or appliances.

The Cost of Invisalign

At Texas Dental Center, we offer affordable Invisalign treatments so that everyone can obtain a beautiful smile. Our Invisalign costs are comparable to, and sometimes less than, traditional metal braces, equally effective, and offer a number of advantages.
